Pros: - Management is very empathetic and concerned about your well-being - Everyone seems to be friendly and very open to new ideas - AI-first approach is refreshing as some companies shy away from technology they do not understand - Teams have very structured Scrum rituals and processes Cons: - Documentation of products and processes is very lacking, leading to confusion or loss of productivity - Some of the software products feel cobbled together at times - IT and Security does seem to be difficult to contact or get responses from - Budgets do seem to be very limited for new services or…

Worst Place That I've Ever Worked

Pros: Ample budget to travel for sales which is good since it's an outbound sales team. The sales leader is experienced and he cares about the team. The role is selling cloud solutions to dentists who have on-premise solutions. It's early days but there is an appetite for the dentists to move to the cloud. There is a Presidents Club. Cons: The GM/President hasn't run a saas business (came from another division) and this lack of experience trickles down throughout the entire Commercial team. Pros: the NLH team..they were the only part of the job that made the leaving hard. Cons: Where do I begin? everything about this job was awful. I regret working there because the 6 months I was there set me back financially, mentally and emotionally. The push for CSATs, the points for being tardy, the way they want us to just take verbal abuse from customers is mental. Henry Schein One consistently overpromises and underdelivers.

Pros: -Remote work -Decent health benefits -Coworkers are generally pleasant Cons: 1) Compensation: Pay is far below what is expected for the job you are actually doing, as opposed to what was sold to you in the job interview. Pay raises do not keep up with the cost of living. You can be hired at one position and given the responsibilities of multiple other positions later on with no matching pay increase. You can be given "increased" responsibilities without being given an actual promotion, and that is considered to be a stepping stone for an actual promotion. None of this is advertised in…

Dysfunctional culture driven by politics, not performance

Pros: Some great and very talented people in the business. WFH flexibility. Cons: Currently it is an incredibly frustrating and misaligned environment to work in. What was once a good place to work has spiralled significantly. Performance takes a back seat to internal politics. Progress depends far more on who you’re aligned with than what you actually deliver. If you’re expecting clarity, fairness, or a merit based culture, you won’t find it here.
